Leon’s Grill, a rapidly growing QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) chain known for its flame-grilled chicken, burgers, and wraps, partnered with F4Events to enhance its storefront visibility and brand uniformity through impactful signage across all its stores in Bangalore and Hyderabad.

From LED boards to premium clip-on signage systems, this branding project was not just about lighting up stores—it was about giving the brand a powerful street-level identity that reflected its urban, youth-driven persona.

F4Events took complete ownership of the design adaptation, production, deployment, and installation of signage across multiple Leon’s Grill outlets, each with its own unique façade and location constraints.


Client Goals

Leon’s Grill aimed to:

  • Upgrade their external branding across high-footfall locations.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all outlets in two key metro markets.
  • Use LED and clip-on signage to attract visibility during day and night.
  • Reinforce Leon’s as a bold, modern, fast-casual brand through clean, professional storefront presence.

Scope of Work

F4Events executed the following end-to-end:

✅ Storefront LED Signboards (main brand identity)
Clip-On Signages for windows, side walls, and glass panels
Custom signage sizing based on site layout
Electric and frame installation with safety compliance
Night-time visibility testing and QC
Maintenance-ready wiring for future upgrades
Location-wise branding reports with image documentation


Design & Brand Guidelines

We followed the official Leon’s Grill branding manual for fonts, color codes (signature red, black, and white), and logo lockups.

Signage Types Delivered:

  • LED Acrylic Signboards (with backlit glow and waterproof housing)
  • Clip-On Frames with interchangeable lightbox posters
  • Directional Signage (for food court locations and malls)
  • Wall Fascia Panels for large storefronts
  • Neon-look flex light branding for some flagship stores

All designs were adapted based on each outlet’s layout—some stores had compact vertical façades, others had horizontal panels or multi-level visibility challenges. Our design team created site-specific mockups before fabrication.

  • Waterproof Drivers & Cables for weather durability
  • Energy-Efficient Power Units
  • Clip-On Frames: Slim, powder-coated aluminum with translucent graphic inserts
  • UV-Laminated Graphics to avoid fading from sunlight

Each sign was built for:

  • Day/Night visibility
  • Low power consumption
  • Weather resistance (rain, dust, and sun-proof)
  • Easy replacement of visuals in clip-on frames

Site Recce & Measurement – 1 Week

Installation Across Stores – 2 Weeks (parallel rollout)
Final QA & Night Testing – 3 Days

Total Duration: 3.5 weeks across 25+ stores in Bangalore and Hyderabad.
